Ingredients. Common pomegranate (Punica Granatum L.) seeds, calcium sulfate (hemihydrate), alpinia (Alpinia officinarum Hance) rhizomes, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell E464), long pepper (Piper longum L.) fruit, real cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum Maton var. minuscula Burkill) seeds, bark of Chinese cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum Nees).

Active substances in 2/4/6 capsules contain: 408/816/1224 mg of common pomegranate (Punica Granatum L.) seeds, 204/408/612 mg of alpinia (Alpinia officinarum Hance) rhizomes, 51/102/153 mg of long pepper (Piper longum L.) fruit, 25.5/51/76.5 mg true cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum Maton var. minuscula Burkill) seeds, 25.5/51/76.5 mg Chinese cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum Nees) bark. Calcium 2/4/6 capsules contain 66/132/199mg - 8.25% / 16.5% / 24.9% RMV* (*reference nutritional value). Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (E464) 96mg (1 capsule).

Consumption. Take 2 capsules, 2-3 times a day, before a meal, with a sufficient amount of liquid (preferably warm water), but no more than 6 capsules a day.

Warnings. Pregnant women and lactating women should not use the food supplement. Do not exceed the prescribed recommended dose. The food supplement should not be used as a substitute for food. Store at a temperature no higher than +25 C, protected from direct sunlight, in a dry place, out of the reach of children. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
