Vitamin D helps maintain normal calcium levels in the blood, normal bone condition, and normal immune system function. Vitamin K helps maintain normal blood clotting and normal bone condition.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients. A blend of vegetable oils (coconut, orange and mint) (in various proportions), antioxidant tocopherol-rich extract, ginger (Zingiber officinale) root extract, menaquinone, cholecalciferol.

1 spray (0.15 ml) / 2 sprays contain (NRV, %):* 0.11 mg / 0.22 mg ginger (Zingiber officinale) root extract (corresponds to 4.8 mg / 9.6 mg of pure ginger (Zingiber officinale) root), 30 µg (40%) / 60 µg (80%) of vitamin K2, 25 µg (500%) / 50 µg (1000%) of vitamin D3.

Usage. Recommended intake: 1–2 sprays (0.15–0.30 ml) per day. Spray into the mouth. Wipe the spray nozzle after use. Shake well before use.

Warnings. Vitamin K2 may promote blood clotting in patients taking coumarin-type anticoagulants, so “orthomol vitamins D3+K2” spray should only be used after consulting a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
