• Vitamin A, vitamin B2 (riboflavin), zinc and omega-3 fatty acid DHA help to maintain normal vision. A positive effect occurs with daily consumption of 250 mg of DHA.
• Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative damage. Zinc helps maintain normal carbohydrate metabolism.
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine) helps maintain normal energy metabolism.
• Vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, biotin and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Ingredients. Fish oil, gelatin, L-ascorbic acid, humectant glycerol, vegetable oils (margarine, palm, sunflower and olive (various proportions)), zinc gluconate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, citrus fruit extract with bioflavonoids, calcium D-pantothenate , nicotinamide, grape extract with polyphenols, emulsifier lecithin, tocopherol mixture, lycopene-enriched tomato extract, elderberry extract with anthocyanins, lutein, zeaxanthin, coloring iron oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, retinyl palmitate, maltodextrin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium (III) chloride, sucrose, corn starch, stabilizer gum arabic, D-biotin, sodium selenate, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol.
