Orthomol Osteo food supplement is based on a unique combination of minerals and other nutrients that are essential for normal bone and joint function, increasing bone density and preventing osteoporosis. This formula is also enriched with vitamins D3 and K2, which are important for bone mineralization and increasing bone density.
Orthomol Osteo is a vitamin complex developed and recommended for problems with bone density loss.
Instructions for use: mix the contents of one sachet daily with approximately 150-200 ml of still water and drink during or after meals.
Important information:
Use with caution in case of impaired glucose tolerance (6.9 g of carbohydrates per daily portion).
Orthomol Osteo should not be used in cases of severe renal impairment.
One daily serving of this product contains 1170 mg of potassium. This should be taken into account when taking digitalis at the same time.
The amount of potassium citrate corresponds to 30 mU per daily serving.
Orthomol Osteo contains 200 ug of vitamin K per day, which may reduce the effectiveness of coumarin-type anticoagulants (e.g. marcoumar). If you are taking any of these medications, consult your doctor before use.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
