Glycerin suppositories Rösch regulates defecation when lighter defecation is particularly desirable: eg in patients with haemorrhoids, long bedtime, the elderly and children, after surgery, stretching during defecation, or during pregnancy and lactation when no other means are used.

Rösch glycerin suppositories have a physical hydrophilic effect, which stimulates the rectal mucosa to release water, making the thickened contents slippery.

With the use of glycerin suppositories Rösch, at the same time increasing the volume after a short time causes a defecation reflex.

How to use glycerin suppositories Rösch?

Always use Rösch glycerin suppositories exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist have told you. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

• Glycerin suppositories Rösch for infants and young children (28 days to 23 months): 1 suppository of 1 g
• Glycerin suppositories Rösch children from 2 years, adolescents and adults: 1 suppository of 2 g
• Glycerin suppositories Rösch adults (from 18 years of age) in severe cases: 1 suppository of 3 g
