cold use a compressor:

Put in the freezer compresses 90 - 120 minutes. and it will become effective freezer .

Put a compress to 7 minutes into the simmering water , or 1 min. 650W microwave oven and it becomes a hot bag (effective Hot-water bottles ). Carefully remove and place it in a cloth bag or wrap in a cloth and place it on the right place. For external use only. Heats for about 30 minutes.
