Consumption. It is recommended to dissolve the contents of the sachet (15 g of powder) in 200 ml of still water or juice and take it once a day with or after a meal.

It contains easily absorbed carbohydrates, therefore metabolic control is necessary during consumption (due to possible disorders of glucose tolerance). Contains beta-carotene, which has coloring properties. People taking medicines that affect blood clotting should consult a doctor before starting Omnival® 2OH orthomolecular immun® and should monitor blood clotting levels during use. Vitamin C can increase the absorption of iron in the gut. People who have elevated iron levels should consult a doctor before taking Omnival® orthomolekular 2OH immun®. High levels of vitamin C may increase bowel movements. Vitamin B2 can change the color of urine, but this is normal.
Do not exceed the established recommended dose.
The food supplement should not be used as a food substitute.
