Compresses can be used many times!
Using a cold compress:
Put the compress in the freezer for 90 - 120 min. and it will become an effective freezer.
Put it in a fabric bag and attach it to the painful area. Repeat the procedure if necessary. Never open the bag, as the contents (carboxymethyl cellulose and propylene glycol) can cause nausea and intestinal disorders. If swallowed, contact a doctor or poison control center.
Keep away from food, keep out of reach of children and animals, away from fire and heating devices.
Using a warm compress:
Put the compress in boiling water for 7 min. or in a microwave oven at 650W for 1 min. and it will become a hot bag (effective heater). Carefully remove and place it in a cloth bag or wrap it in a cloth and place it on the desired area. For external use. Heats for about 30 minutes.
Do not use if the bag is damaged.
