When visiting areas where the spread of the disease in the community is registered, it is recommended:
avoid contact with sick persons, especially those who cough;
not to visit markets or other places where live or dead animals are traded;
wash your hands frequently with warm water and soap OR use alcoholic antiseptics on your hands before eating, using the toilet, after any contact with animals;
consume safe food;
adhere to coughing, sneezing etiquette (coughing or sneezing covered with a disposable napkin or on the inside of the bent elbow);
avoid contact with animals and their secretions.

What are the rules for hand washing / disinfection?
Hand washing and disinfection are essential elements in infection prevention. Hands should be washed frequently and thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If water and soap are not available, we recommend using at least 60 percent. alcoholic antiseptics. Avoid touching your eyes, mouth, nose with unwashed hands due to possible virus entering the body through them.
